Intake · Days 1 to 3
We send a welcome packet and intake form. You tell us your business name ideas, your structure, and your state. We confirm your package and payment, then map the whole build. You return the intake form; we handle the rest.
Legal foundation · Days 3 to 10
Your LLC gets filed in your state and your FEIN is applied for once the entity is approved. No legal entity, no launch, so this step is never skipped. You provide any signatures or identity verification the filing requires; we track the confirmation and the expected completion date.

Digital foundation · Days 5 to 20
Your domain is registered, your business email is set up, your website is built to your package spec, and your presence goes live on three social platforms.
Brand and plan · Days 20 to 35
Your business plan is drafted and reviewed with the founder. Branded business cards are ordered. You review your website draft, the first of your two included revisions.
Launch · Days 35 to 45
Final website review, your second revision. Then everything goes live and every login is handed over in one packet. Your three months of support begin, and your first monthly workshop invite goes out.
